IC designers Service & Quality Technology (SQ) and Aimtron Technology had significant revenue growth in March due to strong orders from digital camera makers, according to industry sources.

According to the sources, the IC designers' growth was driven by orders from their chief client Premier Image Technology, Taiwan's top digital camera maker who had strong shipments. Aimtron's revenues received an extra boost from new orders from digital camera maker Ability Enterprise.
